Last night he was parking car at block 10 level 3 multi storey car park, He saw car that is being scratched and paint with spray. He hope to let the neighborhood know about it so that you all can take precaution of it and know that there are vandals around. Everyone can be on their lookout for this vandals and keep each other inform and remember to report suspicious character to the police. The pictures of those car being vandalized is in my previous post.
